Be Electric: Another Agency Shoot!

Today in the studio our in-house crew shot for our agency's second client, BROOKLYN BILTONG. The shoot focused on new beef jerky made from raw fillets of meat which are either cut into thin strips which follow the grain of the muscle or larger flat pieces sliced across the grain. Biltong is generally much thicker than beef jerky with cuts up to 1” thick while jerky is rarely more than 1/8” and created in an all-natural manner free of chemical flavorings, msg, and other preservatives. The shoot used all in-house equipment including our RED Epic Dragon and our lighting/sound packages.
