Take a walk back through time with this music video from @thestrokes "The Adults Are Talking” that was filmed at Be Electric Studio 10. It's the first track on The Strokes’ 2020 album ‘The New Abnormal’.

The Strokes argue that it's not their fault that they view the upper classes, or the "commons," as the root of society's problems. The singer critiques higher-ups on the social ladder. You can determine that he refers to politicians in some parts of the song and business leaders in others. In the title, the adults are referring to a group of two or more people having a conversation. The reason they conceal it from a third party is based on an interesting belief: They believe the third party is inferior in some way.
