Lovisa Lager by Rémi Lamandé (Part II) // Photoshoot
Photographer Rémi Lamandé and stylist Kyle Luu collaborate with model Lovisa Lager on a series of intimate portraits, inspired by the work of Japanese artist, Namio Harukawa. They've done an amazing job of challenging our perceptions about sexuality, beauty, and the body. Although the shoot took place early last year, the creative team is coming together again to film part two of this series.
The rising curve model dominated her male models, turning them into submissive slaves. Lager is standing tall and proud, hands on hips, as she asserts her dominance over the men. The stance shows her lack of hesitation when it comes to taking up space. It's rare to see curvy women depicted as desirable with men fawning for their attention, which makes Lamandé, Luu, and Lager's series refreshing in more ways than one.
This was shot at Be Electric Studios stage 7! Head to our website to take the full virtual tour of this stage! ⚡️
